| Helpful Information about Your Stay at Cotton Mountain
Cottages We are delighted to welcome you to CMC and hope you have a wonderful stay. Please check our quick list for things to bring, things we provide, and things we don't allow. 1. Check in is at 3 PM. Check out is at 10 AM 2. Guests may check in at the office and settle their account after getting unpacked. 3. Guests must bring their own linens and towels. 4. We ask that you please conserve on water usage. Because of limited well capacity, we request that you limit showers to five minutes or less. 5. We request that you inform us of any leaking faucets or running toilets which can lessen water pressure and deplete the well. Avoid flushing baby wipes or sanitary items in the toilets. 6. Please turn off lights, TV, fans, or picture heaters when you're not using them. 7. All children 10 or under must be supervised by an adult when crossing Route 113, playing on the beach, or swimming. 8. Enjoy the picnic area, however, glass containers are not allowed in the beach area. 9. Running on, jumping, or diving from the docks is forbidden. The raft is good for shallow diving. Pleas use caution when on the docks or rafts. 10. CMC is not responsible for personal items left in the beach area or on the property. Take your clothing, towels, and equipment with you when you leave. 11. Pets are not allowed. 12. We can accomodate boats up to 20 feet. Pontoon boats are too wide for docking facilities and are excluded. No jet skis or motorcycles; too noisy. 13. We foster a family environment. Please enjoy your stay and respect the rights of others. Tell us of any problems that arise and we'll do our best to find solutions. 14. Please leave your unit as you found it. Thank you for your patronage.
